– soit elle a une envie irrépressible de manger les mêmes aliments (ou choses).

L’idéal serait qu’elle consomme un peu de tout, mais de manière équilibrée: des fruits, des légumes, des laitages (3 par jour) de la viande, du poisson, du poulet, des œufs, de l’eau ….

Sachez d’emblée que, contrairement aux rumeurs, elle a le droit de boire de l’eau fraîche ou de croquer des glaçons si cela lui chante, de manger des noix de coco, des œufs, du poisson, du dibi, du coca etc sans que son bébé n’ait, comme on le lui prédit, une grosse tête ou trop de liquide, ou trop de poils ou je ne sais trop qu’elle autre absurdité.
